Refund policy

Your trust in our products is very important to us. As many of our jewelry pieces are personalized and individually crafted products, special return conditions apply. However, should your item be eligible for return, damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, we will of course be happy to help.

 

1. Returning Products

As many of our products are personalized and individually crafted jewelry pieces, returns or refunds for personalized items due to simply not liking them are unfortunately excluded. The statutory right of withdrawal applies to non-personalized products. These can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order, provided they are unworn and in their original condition.

 

2. Defective or Incorrectly Delivered Items

Should your item be damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us upon receipt of your order at info@amouravienna.com and send us a photo of the item. In this case, we will of course offer you a replacement or a suitable solution. 3. Requirements for the Condition of Items In order to process a claim, the item must be in its original condition. Please therefore keep the packaging as well as all included components.

 

4. How to Start a Return

To start a return or claim, please contact us at info@amouravienna.com with your order number and a brief description of the problem. After review, we will provide you with further instructions for the return.

 

5. Return Shipping Costs

The costs for return shipping are borne by the customer, unless the item was delivered damaged or defective.

 

6. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected by us, we will process your refund within 14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless there was an error on our part.

 

7. Exchange

As many of our products are individually crafted or personalized, we do not offer direct exchanges for personalized items. Non-personalized products can be returned under the statutory right of withdrawal and subsequently reordered.
